My name is Shaun, I’m 29 years old (Pushing 30 …ACK!) I live in the barren boring ass wasteland that is otherwise known as Central Pennsylvania. In this corner of the world you can find towns with names like Bird In Hand, Blue Ball, Intercourse, Virginville and Jugtown just to name a few. We have a nice diverse range of rednecks, fake ass gangsters, the Amish, and just about everything in between. It’s truly horrid and yet vaguely entertaining to live in this shit hole.

I’m probably best known by my friends as being rather stubborn. (A Pure Jackass …HeH!) Simply put I’m overly sarcastic and in most cases painfully blunt with people. Apparently I have a nasty tendency to say whatever is on my mind without thinking of the consequences first. My openness is often misunderstood by many. I can come across as being rude, arrogant, and mean amongst many other more colorful expletives. I simply tell it like it is and some people can’t handle that aspect of my personality. I’m the type of person that you’ll either love or hate but I’m betting on the latter …HA.

I’m a stunted 5′10″ and weigh in at about 170 LBS. I’m bald (Been shaving my dome since I was 16) with Blue, Green, or Hazel eyes. (Depends on the season, weather, and what I’m wearing) Come to think of it WTF is Hazel? I always thought of it as a “color” people use when they can’t readily distinguish an absolute so they just say fuck it and call it Hazel.

I’ve had just about every job that you can think of. I’ve worked in Sales, Advertising, Retail, Construction, Administration, IT, Foundry (Steel), Video Stores, ETC. You name it I’ve done it. I decided about 5 years ago that working for others was like licking the bottom of a shoe lined with dog shit. (Yummy eh? And no I’m not Canadian) With that in mind I went into business for myself and I haven’t looked back since. I enjoy doing what I want when I want.

INTERESTS

My interests include Music, Sports, Gaming, Travel, Metaphysical, Paranormal, Space, Shopping, Weaponry, Drinking, Photography, and so on. My interests are quite broad and generally I’ll try anything at least once regardless of consequence. Don’t let the mundane above fool you as I’m an adrenaline junkie and I love anything that gets the heart pumping. For example sky diving was one of the most exhilarating things I have ever done in my life. It’s one hell of a rush.

When it comes to gaming I waste way too much time on this shit. Whether it’s the PS3, 360, or PC it doesn’t matter to me. I’m not a major fan boy of any platform. I simply play whatever interests me.

As far as the Metaphysical goes I’m into Wicca but I also enjoy other aspects as well. (Shamanism, Celtic, ETC.) There is no need to go into details here but what I will do is direct you to an Old Post that I copied over from a previous blog about Wicca in general.

I shop way too much for any man. I am far worse then any women I have ever met when it comes to mindless shopping and the wasting of money on the most retarded and unnecessary shit. Some day I’ll learn the meanings of the word save. Sooner rather then later I’m hoping.

I enjoy collecting Firearms and weapons of all sorts. NO! I’m not about to start my own cult but if it can shoot a projectile, slice someone in half, explode or otherwise go boom in one fashion or another I probably have one. I enjoy going to the range and squeezing off a few rounds. It’s quite therapeutic as it’s a great way to relax and relieve stress.

I go out more then I should and drink more then most can. In other words apparently I drink too much. (Like fish or so I’m told) Of course that opinion is probably influenced by the fact that I have a full Bar in my kitchen. (Pictures doesn’t quite do it justice) Maybe I just like to entertain …So sue me …HA.

I also dabble in writing and have written a few short stories. I recently started my first book which I will eventually try to publish. On top of all of that I’m currently studying Japanese which I have found to be a hard ass language. Recently I also decided to go and finish what I started several years ago but never completed and that is to get my pilot’s license.

Flying is an exhilarating experience and it’s always been a favorite of mine. Turbulence …What turbulence …WEEEEEEEE. I always feel bad for anyone sitting next to me on a commercial flight …LOL.

Like I said my interests and activities are broad. I just try to have a good time in life and have fun fucking with people like you while doing so

MUSIC

When it comes to music I can listen to almost anything with a few exceptions. I grew up in the 80’s so pretty much anything 80’s (Generally 80’s “Metal” & “Rock”) are tolerable. 90’s Rock, Hip Hop, Alternative and Metal falls into the same category as being generally tolerated. In truth it depends on the mood and the sitting that determines what a person wants to hear. Sometimes you just want to rip someone’s heart out and hearing something “Heavy” would fit the bill. Other times you just want to shake your ass (Assuming you can dance …HeH.) in which case “Hip-Hop” or “Dance” would suit your needs.

As far as modern music is concerned …Cold, System of a Down, Three Days Grace, Nickelback, Metallica, Godsmack, Linkin Park, NIN, Marilyn Manson, P.O.D., Disturbed, Korn, Seven Dust, Rob Zombie, Papa Roach, JayZ, Busta Rhymes, Diddy, Tool, ..Hell I could go on forever but I’m sure you get the idea. Either way I’m not too damn picky when it comes to my tunes. As I said I can listen to almost anything but my tolerance for Country is extremely low …HA. On the other hand Carrie Underwood can sing whatever the hell she wants.

MOVIES

I don’t go to the movies all that much. In fact the last movie I think I saw in a theatre was Star Wars Episode III and that was probably almost 2 or 3 years ago. However I do tend to catch a lot of movies, mostly on DVD.

My DVD collection is beyond large and I wouldn’t even know where to start if I had to count or list what I have on hand. If there is something coming out that interests me I tend to hit the store and pick it up. There are quite a few movies slated for 2007 that I have my eye on for one reason or another. I imagine I’ll eventually make it to a theatre or pick them up on DVD when they hit the store shelves.

TELEVISION

When it comes to television I wouldn’t even know where to start. My DVRs almost always have an insane amount of hours worth of garbage on it that has yet to be watched. I watch way too much TV. Actually I think I listen to the TV more then I watch it. A TV is usually on or I have Media Center running in the background or both while I have at it on the PC. To name more then a few of the shows I occasionally watch 24, House, Bones, NCIS, NUMB3RS, Lost, The Unit, Prison Break, Standoff, Survivor, Shark, Heroes, Jericho, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate SG-1, amongst others.

Apparently when you have as much spare time on your hands as I do you’ll watch and or do just about anything to keep yourself sane. (Or so I’ve been told) There is always a TV on in my house, generally it’s on a 24 hour news or sports channel. Usually FOX and or ESPN in one form or another.
